With a diverse background as an elite athlete, coach, and sport psychology consultant, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of mental performance coaching. My journey as a competitive athlete, representing Team USA in synchronized skating and achieving international success, provided me with firsthand insight into the mental skills required to perform at that level.

 

As the mental training coach for national and Team USA synchronized skating teams, professional soccer players, collegiate, youth, and endurance athletes, I have honed my skills in helping athletes of all ages and abilities maximize their mental performance. My experience extends beyond the realm of sports, as I also work with corporate clients to enhance performance in professional settings.

 

I served as the mental performance intern for the Arizona Diamondbacks where I gained invaluable experience working with professional athletes in Major League Baseball. The opportunity enriched my understanding of the mental demands of high-performance environments and strengthened my ability to tailor mental performance strategies to individual needs in a variety of sports and contexts.

 

I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees from American University and a doctoral degree in sport and performance psychology from the University of Western States. I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).

 

It is my ultimate goal to empower athletes and performers to reach their full potential, both on and off the field. By equipping them with the necessary mental skills and strategies, I strive to cultivate not only success in sport but also personal growth and well-being that extend beyond athletics. With a passion for helping individuals thrive, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of athletes and performers, supporting them in their pursuit of excellence and fulfillment.
